PRAYER FOCUS
Pray for peace and protection
Heavenly Father we pray that you surround your people with a hedge of protection both in Israel and wherever they may be around the world. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Raise up leaders and nations who will stand with Israel in this hour and call your church to help and protect the Jewish people around the world.
Pray against the rise of antisemitism
Lord, we come against the demonic spirits of antisemitism and hatred of the Jewish people. We ask that you stem this tide of evil sweeping across the globe. We ask you to use us as individuals, churches and organisations to counter this evil spirit with your truth, your word and your love.
Pray for the government and its leaders
Almighty God, we pray the leaders of your people. We ask that you would anoint Israel's leaders with your wisdom, insight, courage and strength during this time of great challenge. We pray for our leaders here in the UK and ask for your mercy on our government's stance against Israel.
You are able to turn the hearts of our leaders and cause them to come to their senses and see the evil of antisemitism for what it is. We ask that you would raise up anointed leaders to expose and refute this with authority and power.
Pray for ALL those in the middle east to know their SAVIOUR
Father, we pray for Israel, the Jewish people, and all the peoples in the Middle East to put their trust in the Jesus, the Saviour of the whole world. We thank you for your wonderful plan to bring Jew and gentile together as 'one new man' through Jesus. Open the eyes of every Jew and Arab to reveal Jesus and encounter his transformative love.
Pray for THE chURCH to LOVE Israel
We pray for the church worldwide that you would give them a revelation of your love for Israel, 'your firstborn son'. Raise up leaders and teachers that refute replacement theology. Let your church see the plain truth of your unchanging covenant love and your plan for the restoration and salvation of Israel, a plan being miraculously worked out in our day. Give your church a burden to stand with and pray for Israel.
